17 Jan 10 Unity in Diversity: Finding Wholesale Suppliers Online

Finding a wholesale supplier is a tough task since we need to devote our time and effort to find a good one. A starting entrepreneur may not have the full picture of the difficulty to find suppliers whom you can trust. We also need to undergo the process of contacting and negotiating to a number of suppliers in order for us to choose and finally decide. It’s best to have our target suppliers in a list because in this retail business we need products to be diverse and appealing.

For that, we aim to help particularly the new ones and small to medium scale businesses. Our experience with different suppliers and retailers around the globe gives us a clear insight of unity in diversity. Thus, we use the Internet to spread the news to everyone who’s interested and open to applying the principles of retail merchandising in a virtual setting. 23 Jun 09 Tiger print wayfarer sunglasses

Wholesale Wayfarer Sunglasses

Here is a nice design of sunglasses with a tiger print look to them.  We found them at Wholesale discount sunglasses.  They are a importer / wholesaler specializing in sunglasses, baseball caps and more.  With so many companies to buy from we suggest looking around and find one that has a big selection and pay special attention to the customer service, this is very important.  If the wholesale company does not have a phone number then conider somebody else.  For a quick test give the company a call and see how they respond to your questions also send them an email and see how they deal with this.  Better to spend a little time doing some research and finding a good supplier.

01 Jan 09 Some useful tips selecting your next wholesale supplier

We suggest checking with the Better Business Bureau to make sure the supplier is legit. They keep track of the logs and complaints of companies so this is a great way to know more about your potentially new supplier. For companies who have been around for a while it may be normal to have a complaint or two but check to see if they resolved the problem.  If the problem is resolved then you know this company is trying to do all it can to make sure the customers are happy.

Making a phone call to see if the company answers the phone, this is a great way to tell if they are a reputable company. Many times smaller companies or ones who even have merchandise drop shipped are so small they don’t offer phone support.  We would suggest staying clear of these types of companies. Buying direct is the best way!

Send an e-mail asking questions about the products or concerns you have, see how fast they respond to you.  I would suggest keeping in mind if it is the weekend or holidays it could delay the response.  Most wholesale companies are not open on weekends or holidays.

We hope these tips help you in your decission making in your next wholesale supplier.
